Refund and Returns Policy
Returns or Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, preference, or dissatisfaction with scent. Refunds will only be issued if the product is received damaged, defective, or materially not as described. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email smellus@sugandhi.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order ID.
We will review and, if approved, offer an exchange or a refund for the damaged item only. Exchanges or refunds will not be provided for products affected by post-delivery melting due to humidity or for hygienic reasons where the product has been used.
Exchange delivery timeframe: within 7 business days after approval.
